E-PRCS: Process Scheduler Is Going Down Frequently.

Symptoms
Problem
----------
Process scheduler domain is goes down suddenly without any intervention and nothing significant entries related to the crash were written in scheduler logs.
Once scheduler was brought up, it keeps running for a while and issue repeats. These symptoms were same with application server as well which is installed on the same server.
Below are the entries written in tuxedo logs.
