ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Schedule Prompt on Assign Work Schedule is not applying the Effective Date Logic

Schedule Prompt on Assign Work Schedule is not applying the Effective Date Logic. We are creating lot of new schedules effective 04/01/2018, we do not want to confuse the managers and supervisors (Assigning schedules to employees) by showing these new prompts before the effective date. Assign work Schedule page currently shows future effective dated schedules in the prompt.
We did a test in DMO and it works the same way in the Vanilla environment. I have attached a document with Screenshots from DMO.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Future effective dated schedules should not show in prompts

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a future date schedule
2. Look up on the prompt for schedule on Assign Work Schedule
3. These future dated schedules are visible there
