E-FTP: PT 8.55 Attachment Upload/View Not Working In Fluid UI IOS 10.3.2 IPhone and IPad

On : 8.55 version, File Attachments

Customer is not able to view image file attachments using an iOS device.

User should be able to upload and view recently attach image while using an iOS device.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

- Use the Safari Browser
- Login to Peoplesoft using and iOS device iphone/ipad version 10.3.2
- employee self service home page
- click on expenses
- click on my expense reports
- click on view all
- find a report with attachments
- view the RECEIPT attachment
- click on image.jpg

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view their expense image documents when using an iOS device.
