E-CLOUD: In Cloud Manager Image 4 The Provisioned Elastic Search VM Cannot Be Accessed Through SSH (Doc ID 2291721.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.55 version, Cloud - Oracle Cloud

In Cloud Manager Image 4 the provisioned Elastic Search VM cannot be accessed through SSH with provided public IP. Any attempt to access the VM give an error as follows:

ERROR

 'server refused our key'

STEPS

-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a template for an environment based on a topology with an Elastic Search node

2. Create the environment based on this template

3. Once the environment is provisioned, try to access the Elastic Search VM using an SSH client

4. The above mentioned error will be observed
