Calculate Retroactive Ben/Deds is no longer calculating after image 22 update, The status changed from Not processed to Calculated Status C but the deduction amounts are not populated so we are not able to load to paysheets. The process posts to a success

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Calculate Retroactive Ben/Deds for an employee.  Navigation:  Payroll for North America > Retroactive Payroll > Retro Benefits/Deductions > Process and Review Requests > Calculate Retroactive Ben/Deds
