E-MAP: Attempt To Access Manager Self Servide MAP Approval Tile Fails With Error: 'Error 500--Internal Server Error'

On PT 8.55.05 HCM 9.2 : Mobile/MAP Approval Workflow (AWE) with Mobile Application Platform
In one environment, after clicking on the MAP Approvals tile on the Manager Self Service Fluid homepage the below error is displayed. This started after a Refresh, and the Test environment was also refreshed and the issue does not occur there.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Manager Self Service Fluid Homepage, click the Approvals tile
2. Note the above error is returned
