Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrading to PT 8.55 some users are not able to see the signout link on the header in classic view


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ALL users should see signout link and could see it before upgrade to PT 8.55

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with power user like PS and link is there
2. Login with normal user and link is not available
