On : 9.2 version, Functional Profile Management issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Fluid - Talent Profile Content Item Detail Displays State and not Province when Country is Canada


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Workforce Development > Profile Management > Profiles > Person Profile and update employee KU0044 person profile information to have a license in Country Canada and Degree in Canada as PS user. And input province as Ontario.

2. Login as employee KU0044 (DREESE) and Load the Talent Profile Tile from the ESS Homepage. Select the License and the Degree that was modified in Step 2. Notice that the field label for Province is Province

3. Login as PS and update the configuration for Profile Type Person to not allow update by the employee role.

4. Login as employee KU0044 (DREESE) and Load the Talent Profile Tile from the ESS Homepage. Select the License and the Degree that was modified in Step 2. Notice that the field label for Province is State not province when country is Canada.
