eBenefits Life Events Effective Date And Effective Status Are Not Recognized For Attachments (Doc ID 2292363.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to change attachments for a Life Event, the self-service page does not appear to recognize the Effective Date or the Effective Status. it continues to pull in the historical row as well!


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inserted a new effective dated row to attach more than just one type of document to the Marriage event.
2. Marked the historical row as inactive.
3. When adding a new Marriage Event. The system apparently is NOT recognizing that it should only use the max effective dated row that is active.
