E:CRM ATTACHMENTS ARE NOT OPENING GENERATED THROUGH EMAIL NOTIFICATION (Doc ID 2292388.1)

Symptoms

When Employee tries to Open attachment generated from a Notification, the
receive the following error:

File Not found (137,29)
The file is not found or file is empty so the operation could not be
completed.

1) Log in as HHDUSA_AGT 2 and create case for Empl ID: KUD003
2) Log in as VP1, Open the same case
3) Click Notification link on top of the page, Select recipient, Click Add Attachments link on top of page Browse for Attachment, Click Upload and click Send link on top of page.
4) Now log in as HHDUSA_AGT2 and find that case
5) Open that case and go to Notes and Attachments
