When deleting an expense report on the Delete Expense Report page a budget check is not invoked
1. Create an Expense Report
2. Save it for Later
3. Navigate to Main Menu>Travel And Expenses>Manage Accounting>Request Budget Check
4. Budget Check the Saved Expense Report
5. Activity Log displays Activity
6. Delete the Expense Report.
7. Budget Activity Remains

If the User tries to delete the existing Expense Report via the My Expense Reports tile in Fluid User Interface, the system triggers the below compile PeopleCode Error Message:
" PeopleCode compile error (Specified PeopleCode program does not exist. (2,37) ^ ) for program EX_EXP_LIST_FL.RelatedAction.DeleteReportHandler.OnExecute.
A PeopleCode program for the specified reference failed to compile correctly for the indicated reason.
In Application Designer, open the referenced program and examine the PeopleCode to locate the cause of the error.
Class EX_EXP_LIST_FL:RelatedAction:DeleteReportHandler was not found.
The given class could not be found in the database, or had problems when we tried to load it. "
The fix from Defect # 25454032 adds missing Function CallBudgetDelete within Record Field PeopleCode EX_ICLIENT_WRK.SAVE_PB.FieldChange , thus, resolving this problem as well.
