E-PHC: Complete Data Not Displayed On PeopleSoft Health Center Dashboard

Why is PeopleSoft Health Center not displaying all data like, in the list of components, Process Scheduler is not listed, and although Appserver and Webserver are listed, the data on these components is at 0.

Global Administration PPMI URL, Specify Monitor URL.

Collator Process (PSPPMSRV) is up and running.

EnablePPMAgent is enabled in application servers psappsrv.cfg file.

Remote Administration UserId/Password are set in psappsrv.cfg.

PS_CFG_HOME>/appserv/<DomainName>/LOGS/APPSRV_MMDD.LOG shows:

Nothing recorded in the PIA_weblogic.log and no entry in errorlog.html file on Integration Gateway front.
