ERN Delete Process Bug Due To No Primary National Insurance Number (Doc ID 2293240.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Other

The ERN delete process fails if the employee has no primary national insurance number.

The Application Engine HR_EERCD_DEL fails while trying to update the SJT_PERSON security record with the following error in the underlying Application Package.
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Find an employee that fits the following criteria
- No national insurance number
- Employee record 0
- Not future

2. Navigate to the ERN Delete Process, and submit a batch process to delete the selected employee /ERN. The process will error as shown.

Setup HCM > System Administration > Database Processes > ERN Delete Process > ERN Delete Process

3. The Application Engine log file is as follows showing the SQL update error
