On Edit Service Indicator Screen, Selecting Release Button Causes Message Data being updated does not exist. (18,4) (Doc ID 2293331.1)

In CS 9.2, users sporadically get the following message on the Edit Service Indicator page when the 'Release' button is clicked:

Data being updated does not exist. (18,4)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Campus Community > Service Indicators > Person > Manage Service Indicators.
2. Retrieve an EMPLID with existing holds and click Search.
3. Open the hyperlink of the service indicator code.
4. Select the Release button.
