Goal

We are upgrading to PT 8.55.12 from PT 8.54.XX. We wanted to use Data Migration Workbench feature to migrate the configuration data between environments. However our security team notified that in order to use the tool, "tool upgrade" access required even for just migrating the data.
How can this access be granted?
