EAP: Comments and Attachments of PO Receipt are not Copied to the Voucher

Goal
Unable to inherit the Comments and Attachments of PO Receipt using Copy From Source in the Voucher page. Even though the checkbox "Show at Voucher" in the Receipt Header Comments is already checked.
STEPS
1) Create a PO Receipt.
2) Provide Comments and add attachment in the Receipt Header comment section.
3) Check the checkbox “Show at Voucher”.
4) Create a Voucher by copying PO Receipt.
EXPECTED RESULTS
Comments and Attachments from the Receipt to the copied to the Voucher Header.
