Information in this document applies to any platform.
When multiple cases are selected to reassign from My Worklist page. after reassigning one come back to worklist page it will still show one case selected.
Sequence of events:
1) Navigate to My Worklist select HelpDesk for HR Case from the view case by type drop down list
2) select multiple cases from the cases and select reassign button. The page navigates to a secondary page.
3)On secondary Page select Provider Group Id and assigned_to values and click OK. Returns to My Worklist page
4)On Grid one of the selected cases still exists and the selected flag is marked.
