Customer receiving error when going to the Fluid Dashboard page

Function 'onReadyState' Error:'updateBrowserTitle' is undefined
Error Stack:
ReferenceError: 'updateBrowserTitle' is undefined
at eval code (eval code35:1)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into PeopleSoft
2. Navigate to the Fluid Dashboard page
3. Observe the error
