E-PUM: Windows Native OS Install Error: Puppet (err): Failed to create PIA domain peoplesoft: Creation of PIA domain peoplesoft failed (Doc ID 2295618.1)

On : 8.56 version, Updates and Fixes, PUM environment

When attempting to install PUM on Windows Native host,
the following error occurs.

ON SCREEN ERROR

Taking a look at the log file from above we see:

The above failure can occur as a result of running puppet apply, such as the following:
puppet apply --confdir=D:\PUM\image23\dpk\puppet site.pp --debug --trace C:\temp\dpk.log

C:config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Content.IE5\*: Access is denied.
