When Employee reports Comp Time Earned and then Comp plan enrollment is Inactivated. The reported TRC is shown as Invalid on Timesheet which is expected, but Time Admin is not generating the TLX00001 exception due to Invalid Comp Plan Enrollment.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Self Service > Time Reporting > Report Time > Timesheet
2. Enter Compensatory Time and submit
3. Navigate to Time and Labor > Enroll Time Reporters > Comp Plan Enrollment and inactivate the Comp Plan
4. Run Time Admin
5. Time Administration is not generating the TLX00001 exception due to Invalid Comp Plan Enrollment.
