Line Comments are moving and disappearing for all types of PO's.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Line Comments should not be moving and disappearing for all types of PO's.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create at least 10 epro requisitions (i added 20 to play with)
2. Copy the requisitions into the PO one at a time and process them through dispatch.
3. Add 6 or 7 without chunking turned on.
4. Turn on chunking, 10 lines per page
5. Open the PO and add another requisition.
6. Save and view the comments, you will or should see two comments, one from the requisition you added and one from another requisition that was already added or possibly a comment from one of the PO lines.
