Express Item Requisition Page Getting Timed Out (Doc ID 2295896.1)

Express item requisition page getting timed out due performance issue. When trying to fetch data from item ID prompt, it is taking long time to load and getting timed out

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate : Main menu > eProcurement >  Requisition - Express Item Entry
2. Add new value .Select Business Unit.
3. Select any requester and click OK
3. Click on Express Item Entry hyperlink
4. On Express item Entry page, click on prompt for Item ID.

This item ID prompt is taking long time to load and getting timed out.
