Symptoms


An organization disallowed all SSL protocols except TLS version 1.2. After this, users uploading data using the GL Journal Upload Excel spreadsheet received the error below.

 

 

Steps to replicate:

1. Set up the spreadsheet.
2. Populate journal header and lines details
3. Click Import Now
