Symptoms

Internet Explorer (IE) gives error "Page can't be displayed" rather than login page whereas Firefox and Chrome both work, recently Windows workstations were updated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update a Windows workstation with a KB from Microsoft.

2. Attempt to login to PIA
