Subplan is Not Printing on the Transcript for Some Students

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For some active students, the transcript generation process is not picking up and printing the subplan. The transcript generates, but no subplan value is displayed
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the subplan (concentration, specialization) will appear after the plan on the transcript.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Transcripts > Request Transcript Report and create a new request for a student that demonstrates the issue.
2. Click Process Request button, then View Transcript link,
3. Note that the transcript shows the student's academic plan, but not the subplan value.
