Development delivered a new error message 000408 to avoid a COBOL abend, however, it is not generated as expected and Health Savings Account (HSA) deductions are taken even if the employee's coverage and plan is not configured on the HSA Limits.

The HSA Contribution Limit For the Benefit plan displayed below was not found in the FSA benefits table.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Remove the HSA Contribution limit amount for the employee's Health Benefit Enrollment.    Navigation: Setup HRMS > Product Related > Base Benefits > Plan Attributes > FSA Benefits Table
2. Run a payroll calculation with Calc All 
3. Check Pay Messages
