The eBenefits Enrollment Summary page displays Plan Type 3x plans Current Coverage incorrectly when the employee has enrollments with overlapping Coverage and Deduction begin dates. All other plan types are displaying correctly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
For enrollments as follows:
PLAN_TYPE EFFDT COVERAGE_BEGIN_DT COVERAGE_ELECT
31 4/5/2008 3/22/2008 E
31 3/22/2008 4/1/2008 T
31 12/15/2007 1/1/2008 E

1) Reprocess OE event for employee
2) Log in as employee to eBenefits and select OE event
3) Review the Enrollment summary Current Plan associated for all Plan Types to see that Long Term disability incorrectly displays the Terminated row.
