Security Jobs SCRTY_SJTDLY and SCRTY_SJTUPD failing since upgrading to PUM23
We recently upgraded from full PUM 21 to full PUM 23.
After the upgrade, we have noticed that two security processes have begun to fail on every run: SCRTY_SJTDLY and SCRTY_SJTUPD
From looking at the error and opening the process in AppDesigner, we see what appears to be invalid Syntax for Microsoft SQL Server.
The problem seems to be SCRTY_SJTUPD which is the process that has changed and SCRTY_SJTDLY calls SCRTY_SJTUPD during the run.
It appears that the alias is being set on the Delete statement, which is not allowed in SQL Server.
File: e:\pt85515b-retail\peopletools\src\psappeng\aedebug.hSQL error. Stmt #: 1723 Error Position: 0 Return: 8601 - [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 11 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Incorrect syntax near 'SJTPERS'.
[Microsoft][ODBC Driver 11 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Statement(s) could not be prepared. (SQLSTATE 37000) 8180
Failed SQL stmt: DELETE FROM PS_SJT_PERSON SJTPERS WHERE SJTPERS.SCRTY_TYPE_CD = '002' AND EXISTS ( SELECT 'X' FROM PS_RUN_CNTL_SCRTY4 SCRTY4 WHERE SCRTY4.OPRID = 'OPRID' AND SCRTY4.RUN_CNTL_ID = 'SJTNIGHTLYUPDATE' AND SCRTY4.EMPLID = SJTPERS.EMPLID AND SCRTY4.EMPL_RCD = SJTPERS.EMPL_RCD AND SCRTY4.SCRTY_SET_CD = 'PPLJOB')
The issue can be reproduced at will in PUM23 with the following steps:
1. run the AE_SCRTY_SJTUPD
2. observe the syntax error in the logs
