Related Actions Not Working on Training Summary Page for Employee Record Number (ERN) greater than 0 (Doc ID 2297981.1)

Symptoms

The related actions are not working correctly in Training Summary for Employees with an Employee Record Number greater than 0. The replication steps are as follows:

1. Login as a Manager
2. Navigate to Manager Self Service > Learning and Development > Training Summary
3. Select an employee from the list who you know has an Employee Record greater than 0.
4. Click on the Actions hyperlink and you will be told that there are No Actions Available.
