Question 1: My organization uses MM Time Entry to enter time to work orders & send hours to HCM PeopleSoft Time & Labor. Sometimes the end users will accidentally create a new time-sheet or a new version of a time-sheet within the MM Time Entry component. The work order tasks listed on these erroneous time-sheets, and by extension the work orders themselves, cannot be closed because the time-sheets are not Approved. Furthermore, if the user altered any of the data within the time-sheet, then the work order labor tables get incorrectly updated as well. We also cannot approve and post these time-sheets to enable closing; this will cause the data to go to Time & Labor as incorrect corrections.

Is there any delivered way to get rid of these bad time-sheets while maintaining the integrity of the posted MM/T&L data?
Question 2: If Solution 2 is the only way to close a bad time sheet in PeopleSoft 9.1, is there at least a way to Approve the time sheet in such a way that it won't mark the time sheet for pushing across to Time & Labor as a correction? Approving is absolutely not a solution if doing so will disrupt the Time & Labor module. Some of these time sheets are from closed periods or fiscal years.
