EGL 9.2: User Not Receiving Email From Alert Definition

User are not receiving emails from Alert Definition.

User should receive email from Alert Definition once configured

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Query using Query Manger.
2. Define an alert definition using that query (Enterprise Components > Events & notifications > Alerts > Alert definitions)
3. Create Journal that meets query criteria
4. Run Alerts (Enterprise Components > Events & notifications > Alerts > Run Alerts)
