Symptoms
On : 9 version, Fluid Class Search
Full and incremental indexes are failing for fluid class search with the following error(s):

or
Unsupported search provider: (262,138) PT_SEARCH.SearchFactory.OnExecute Name:CreateAdminService PCPC:2944 Statement:31 Called from:PTSF_FEED.SESFeedDataSource.OnExecute Name:startCrawl
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Curriculum Management > Fluid Class Search > Class Index Full Build
2. Click Build Index to run the index for SSR_CLASS_SEARCH_SFF and SSR_CLASS_SEARCH_LFF
3. Process PSFT_GENFEED will run to error.
