STEPS
-----------------------
1. In Application Designer, open the W3EB_ENR_SUMMARY.GBL.SavePostChange PeopleCode.
2. Attempt to save PeopleCode.
Changes
This occurs after application of Human Capital Management 9.2 Image #24 or Tax Update 17-C.
