Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
An employee is terminated on 1st Jun 2014 (last day 31st May 2014) with total regular and irregular incomes (SAL RIR TAL YTD) of 211,500 Baht. After deducting exempted income and expenses, the total income is 135,025 Baht. As the Deduction Allowances is 236,950 Baht, the resulting Net Income of -101,925 Baht is printed in the Personal Income Tax Form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
The Net Income should not be negative. It should be zero in the Personal Income Tax Form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Scenario  :

1. Process 2014 pay calendars until
  - SAL RIR TAL YTD = 211500
  - Exempted income = 16475
  - Deduction Allowances = 236950
2. Print Personal Income Tax Form.
