GSS Reporting Change Transaction Not Capturing Action As Per Transaction Setup Position Data (Doc ID 2299043.1)

Issue

 If any Reporting Change transaction is submitted involving updates to position data then the action captured while submitting the transaction is DTA (as per GSS Setup) and transaction is NOT considering the Position Data Options Setup to derive the action.


STEPS
----------

1. Submit any Reporting Change Transaction using MSS.
Navigation: Manager Self Service > Request Reporting Change
a. Select any employee
b. Change the Reports to Field on Work & Job Information.
c. Click on Next and move to Review and Submit page.
d. Enter Comments and Submit the transaction

2. Login as an Approver and navigate to Approvals Tile and Select Reporting Change Transaction.
Navigation: Workforce Administrator > Approval .

Action Reason Description wrongly displayed (Action field value in Record PS_HR_MSS_CT_DAT is incorrect)
