Self Service Direct Deposit Enrollment Is Not Available For CS 9.2 In FLUID Mode (Doc ID 2299220.1)

Symptoms

On CS 9.2, an error is returned when a student attempts to setup Direct Deposit through Self Service. This is happening when logged in in FLUID mode. Successful setup can be accomplished when not in FLUID mode.

We are unable to display your account at this time. To access this information, contact your Bursar's office to complete your account profile.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. set system to use FLUID pages
  2. login to Self Service and setup Direct Deposit
  3. the message is returned
