Student Center Showing "You Are Not Enrolled In Classes" When A Student Is Enrolled. (Doc ID 2299221.1)

On : 9.2 version, Student Records Self Service

The Student Center is sometimes displaying the message "You are not enrolled in classes" when a student is enrolled in a current term..

When the student clicks on View Student Schedule for the same term it shows they are enrolled.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to self service as a student and navigate to the Student Center.
2. The schedule section shows 'You are not enrolled in classes.'
3. Select 'Class Schedule' from the drop down, select Fall 2017.
4. Enrolled classes display.
