BEN713 Report - Benefits Program Report Does Not Show All 6 Characters Of Rate ID rather only 5

Symptoms
When Running BEN713 Report, the system is allowing only first 5 characters for the Rate Table ID while within PIA 6 characters are allowed for this field.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected from the BEN713 Report to be able to accommodate the information related to components IDs accurate without trimming them.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On an Benefit Program set an Rate Table which has an ID longer than 5 characters (Main Menu -> Set Up HCM -> Product Related -> Base Benefits ->Program Structure -> Benefit Program Table)
2. Save the changes
3. Run BEN713 Report (Main Menu -> Set Up HCM -> Product Related -> Base Benefits -> Plan Reports -> Benefit Program)
