GP Core: Cannot Add Bank Accounts And Payment Distribution Through Banking ESS Tile

Symptoms

STATEMENT:
=========
When trying to add Bank account or Payment Distribution through the Banking tile on ESS a fatal SQL error is thrown.
This is because the delivered Peoplecode that fails is written to work only on Oracle Database. We are on SQL server database.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
===============
1.Login as employee, navigate to Banking Tile.
2.Click on banking Tile.
3.Then click + to add a new bank account

ERROR MESSAGE:
============
- A fatal PeopleCode SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details.

- SQL error in DescribeCol.

During the execution of SQL, an error occurred in the DescribeCol subroutine. The preceding message should have described the details of the SQL being executed.
