Symptoms

On : 8.54 version, PeopleTools Test Framework (PTF)

When attempting to login to PTF 8.54,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
There was an error when PeopleSoft Test Framework was trying to login.

Message: An error occurred while making the HTTP request to
https://someserver.somedomain.com:7100/PSIGW/HtppListeningConnector
This could be due to the fact that the server certificate is not
configured properly with HTTP.SYS in the HTTPS case. This could also
be caused by a mismatch of the security binding between the client and
the server.

InnerException: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected
error occurred on a send.
