HCM Search Job Postings Gives Invalid Date Error When Elasticsearch Is Used (Doc ID 2300266.1)

Search Job Postings page (under the Recruiting Menu) gives Invalid Date error when Elasticsearch is used.

An invalid date has been encountered in a PeopleCode program.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change authorization date in a job opening.
2. Run full job posting index.
3. Navigate to Recruiting > Postings > Search Job Postings page
4. Search for all (with default values on page)
