Supplier Registration is Not Accepting All Countries.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create eSupplier registration
2. add Primary address to Address using: TTO, AGO,ARE, or EGY as the country
3. add contact information(optional)
4. save for later
5. review registration History - Primary address information is blank
