ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Calculation of Total Billable and Cost Amount in proposal management is incorrect when using Labor Configuration -- Set Activity Time as "Start/End Date"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Calculation of Total Billable and Cost Amount in proposal management should be correct and should be based on Days (rounded) displayed on the page for resources rather than the percentage. ( Set Activity Time as "Start/End Date"). Note both percentage and days are integers and cannot be decimals as of now.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Proposal (Proposal Management > Proposal and Version >Maintain Proposal). Set Labor Configuration -- Set Activity Time as "Start/End Date"
2. Go To proposal Version.. Create a project and Activity.
3. Go To Activity (Proposal Management > Proposal and Version >Maintain Proposal > Maintain Version Estimate > Maintain Version Est. Detail)

a. Start and end date of the resource: RES1 -- 2/17/2017 and 5/30/2017. Total working days 73. Use the Proj Manager in demo who has the cost rate of 180 and bill rate of 310. Enter %1 and save. .. Create Total Cost as 1440 and Bil of 2480. Looks correct as per expectation. No of days displayed is 1 when saved.
b. Add another resource: RES2 -- 2/17/2017 and 5/30/2017. Total working days 73. Use the Proj Manager in demo who has the cost rate of 180 and bill rate of 310. Enter days 1 and save. .. Total Cost as 2520 and Bil of 4340. This looks incorrect. The percentage displayed is 1..

So if both lines show 1 day and 1 percent for the fields.. The expectation is that the total cost will be 180 * (8) * (2) = 2880.. Similar calculation for BIL..
