Only Spouses Display as Dependents Eligible for Enrollment in Health Benefits on Self Service Benefit Enrollment (Doc ID 2301002.1)

Symptoms

In Self Service Benefits Enrollment for Open Enrollment only spouses display as eligible for enrollment in Medical, not any other dependents. On the Add/Review Dependents page, these other dependents display but, since they do not display on the enrollment page, coverage cannot be elected for them.

STEPS
---------------------------
1. Create Open Enrollment events (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing).
2. Open the event for election in Self Service Benefits Enrollments (Navigation: Self Service > Benefits > Benefits Enrollment).
3. Click the Edit button for Medical.
