EPY: Missouri MO W-4 Marital Status set to Married And Spouse Working; after Submitting system say "Married - Spouse Does not Work" (Doc ID 2301716.1)

Symptoms

After making a MO W-4 Change to Married and Spouse Works; system is saving as "Married Spouse Not Working".

Expect tax info to use status of B, which means, "Married, Employee and Spouse Both Work".

REPLICATION STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. set EE with State taxes paid to MO and marital status as X.
2. EE updates W-4 from X status to "Married" and spouse works as "Yes".
3. review State tax information and see that marital status is set to M, "Married and spouse does not work." (should be status B)
