508 Compliance Test Failure Emergency Contact HR_PRIMARY_CONTACT
User is expected to Navigate to the Page see below and then access HR_PRIMARY_CONTACT for Emergency Contact
Portal>HR/Payroll > Self Service > Personal Information > Emergency Contacts.
On the Page the Checkbox for Primary Contact is Available. There is No Button or Link that will Access to Change the Primary Contact Emergency Information ( So basically after Reviewing the Issue I Found that there is no Way for a user to Change the Preferred Checkbox Unless a New Contact is Added and made Preferred and then the Application Automatically Removes the the Preferred Check from the Initial Emergency Contact. For an ADA User the instructions to change Primary Contact are not Clear.
An ADA user Should be able to Understand what they Need to do to change a Primary Emergency Contact
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Self Service > Personal Information > Personal Details
2. Emergency Contact
3. At the Emergency Contact page, there is a checkbox to show who is the Primary Contact but no way to change it unless a new contact is added and that new contact becomes the Primary Automatically
