ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The site has Portal, CS, HR and FS and have then connected and using unified navigation within the Portal. When we log into FS we are seeing HR homepage and HR tiles.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In Fin, users should only see Fin pages.
