In Campus Solutions 9.2, Empty Record PS_EOPC_DEFN Causes ORA-01407 When Running UPD25166992.DMS (Doc ID 2302486.1)

Symptoms

When trying to apply Campus Solutions Update Image 6 to a Campus Solutions database that is on Campus Solutions 9.2 Update Image 4, along with upgrading PeopleTools from PT 8.53.15 to PT 8.55.14, the same error that is described in <Bug 26225668> is encountered and the PS_EOPC_DEFN table is empty:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Apply Campus Solutions 9.2 Update Image 4.
2. Upgrade PeopleTools from PT 8.53.15 to PT 8.55.14.
3. When applying Image 6, run UPD25166992.DMS.
