After Applying PT8.55.17 Patch, User Sessions On MSS>Time Management>Report Time>Timesheet Get Blank Or Blue Screen And User Is Logged-Out of PeopleSoft

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, PT8.55.17, HR Upgrade

After applying minor patch PT8.55.17 on HCM 9.2.23, user sessions end on MSS>Time Management>Report Time>Timesheet

Navigate to Manager Self Service > Time Management > Report Time > Timesheet. Enter a value for workgroup and select Get employees. Select any Last Name from list of employees returned to view their details. At this point user reports either a blank screen, or a blue screen, and user is logged out of PeopleSoft.

This is replicated when using a typical user with custom roles and permission lists, and when using user with PeopleSoft Administration role.

This is not replicated in the demo environment. There is not "current" data and calendar information in demo and a blank details page will load for the selected employee with a warning message in regards to the pay calendar.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manager Self Service > Time Management > Report Time > Timesheet.
2. Enter a value for workgroup and select Get employees.
3. Select any Last Name from list of employees returned to view their details.
4. At this point user reports either a blank screen, or a blue screen, and user is logged out of PeopleSoft.
