ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------------------------
When using a Common Attribute Framework  field of type 'Long Text' on an inline subpage Common Attribute Framework  implementation, such as PS_COMMITTEE, the Common Attribute Framework field is always shown with Rich Text enabled regardless of whether or not this is selected on the Common Attribute Framework attribute.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Set Up SACR > Common Definitions > Common Attributes Setup > Common Attribute and add new attribute without enabling rich text editing.
2. On Record Context page for Record ACAD_PROG, associate new attribute to Inline Subpage using attribute record PS_COMMITTEE.
3. Run the Entity Property Sync process and wipe entity cache by navigating to Set Up SACR > System Administration > Entity > Entity Property Sync. Also, click on the Wipe Entity Cache button.
4. Go to Records and Enrollment > Career and Program Information > Student Program/Plan. Go to Additional Information tab.
